Certified 100% Belgium linen. Grown with little to no pesticides. Oatmeal fabric is undyed, and unbleached.

Loaf size. 18.5" X 10.5", the after wash size is 17.5" X 10". Sized for a loaf or oval Italian style loaf.

Boule size. 14.5" X 13.", the after wash size is 13.75" X 12.5". Sized for a large round country "boule" loaf. 

Baguette size. 23" X 6", the after wash size is 22" X 5.5".
